Steered a premier pharma brand with clear strategic vision while leading AI education and strengthening the agency’s commitment to diversity and inclusion

Currently, I steer a premier pharma brand —and have led high-impact strategy work, guiding creative teams, and contributing to an award-winning campaign that elevated both the brand and agency at Digitas Health. I co-lead our AI Labs program, designing and hosting five labs in 2025 that upskilled teams across the agency and advanced our AI competency. I championed health equity by pushing our clients to embrace more inclusive practices and developed four playbooks that now serve as foundational guides for diverse and equitable marketing. My contributions were recognized with the Future Famer Medical Advertising Hall of Fame Award, and I further expanded my leadership by becoming a manager through the Publicis Emerging Managers Program, mentoring an intern through her first agency experience. I also supported several new business pitches, shaping strategic narratives that strengthened our competitive edge. Overall, I’ve helped drive creative excellence, AI innovation, and inclusive marketing across the organization
